  • Experience selling NG911 CAD RMS or ESInet solutions
  • Field-facing technical advisor to sales teams
  • Deep understanding of PSAP workflows and procurement cycles
  • Technical fluency in cloud platforms APIs and network infrastructure

Nice-to-have

  • Experience presenting to boards executives and elected officials
  • Hands-on experience with VESTA Viper Solacom call handling systems
  • Ability to create structure in high-growth ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills
  • Track record building credibility with PSAP directors and IT leadership

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years progressive experience in public safety or PSAP operations
  • Senior-level leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to operate as a field-facing technical advisor
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically
  • Experience responding to RFPs RFIs and security questionnaires
