Job Summary

  • Own and optimize our Salesforce Service Cloud platform and evolve our service operations with AI and automation.
  • You’ll be the primary admin for Service Cloud, manage integrations and security, and partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and measurable improvements in agent productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • This role will be based out of Bangalore, India, and offers relocation within INDIA.
