Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to ensure New Product Introduction projects result in quality products.
Candidates will lead testing and validation of new test methods, including gage R&R studies and statistical analysis using software packages such as Minitab.
This position requires adherence to Integer's values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including FDA regulations and ISO standards.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years progressive engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Strong statistical analysis skills with Minitab
Knowledge of ISO14971 risk management standards
Experience leading NPI projects and validations
Ability to coach and mentor engineering teams
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in engineering preferred
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with FDA regulations and QSR
Background in medical device OEMs
Positive can-do attitude in high energy environment
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering experience
