As a Marsh Human Resources Manager, you will coach, support and advise People Managers, aiming to develop and enhance the quality of people management throughout the colleague lifecycle.
This role will also include project work to support business success and will support employee relations matters including investigations, performance improvement processes, disciplinary actions, grievances, appeals etc.
