Job Summary
The role is charged with supporting the maximisation of financial return (in the form of EBITDA) for the Utilities Division, by ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with Service Stream’s governance and risk management frameworks.
Provide commercial input to the assessment and development of new business pursuit strategies, review contractual instruments, and lead commercial negotiations.
Support contract risk control and assurance activities through commercial reporting and audit reviews, and respond to project team escalations concerning contract interpretation or commercial performance queries.
