Must-have
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
State Physical Therapy License
Basic Life Support certification
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Experience with OASIS documentation

One year home health experience
Pediatric setting experience
Strong critical thinking skills

Key Requirements
Doctorate degree from accredited PT school
Current state Physical Therapy license
American Heart Association BLS certification
Minimum one year clinical experience preferred
Pediatric experience within past 5 years preferred
