Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Group Organisational Development & Diversity Manager leads the design and delivery of strategies, programs and initiatives that build organisational capability, strengthen performance, and create a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
Key responsibilities include contributing to the development of Mercy Health’s People Strategy with a focus on OD&D activities, leading organisational-wide cultural change initiatives, and overseeing the update and implementation of the Leadership Capability Framework.
