  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of mobile and full stack engineers, creating clear career paths and development opportunities.
  • Partner with technical leads on iOS, Android, and backend to define and execute the team’s architectural roadmap for the team.
  • Oversee development of core product experiences, including onboarding automation, user sessions, login mechanisms, push notifications, menu optimization, guest checkout, and reorder experiences.
