Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for executing AVMS’s sales strategy across the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solution design through to contract commercialization—ensuring consistent performance, capability development, and effective pipeline management across the team.
  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Business Development Fleet Consultants to achieve regional sales targets and build capability within the team through coaching, deal support, and knowledge transfer.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers and position AVMS as a trusted fleet and leasing partner through insight-led engagement.
