Key Requirements

  • Minimum 18+ years of industry experience
  • At least 7+ years in managerial roles
  • Experience leading end-to-end delivery
  • Experience managing Application outsourcing
  • Experience managing Managed Services engagement
  • Experience with Micro Focus tools and COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 for z/OS, Assembler, PL/I, Rexx, flat/sequential files, GDGs, and VSAM
  • Experience with cloud migration and conversion projects
  • Experience with Vantage and wmA products is a significant advantage
  • Solid understanding of the US Insurance domain, particularly Life and Annuity products
  • Proven expertise in driving end-to-end conversion and migration projects
  • Master’s degree in a related field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or technical certifications are highly desirable
