Existing Client Portfolio Management & Revenue Optimization: Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with the assigned portfolio of existing corporate and institutional (including NBFI) clients. Ensure timely and accurate completion of periodic Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and ongoing client due diligence (CDD). Deepen client penetration by actively promoting and selling the full suite of online payment solutions, FX services, and sophisticated cash management products (e.g., liquidity management, virtual accounts, collections, disbursements). Identify opportunities to enhance fee-based income (non-interest income - NII/NIC) from existing clients through value-added services, transaction volume growth, and cross-selling. Monitor client profitability and develop strategies to improve non-interest revenue contribution. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand the client base and market share in Singapore. Structure compelling cash management proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients. Drive significant new non-interest income (NII/NIC) streams from newly onboarded clients. Represent the bank at industry events and build a strong network within the corporate and institutional sector. Departmental Admin Operations & Management: Conduct regular data analysis of product performance, client activity, revenue streams (especially non-interest income), and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy. Ensure accurate and timely daily position reporting and reconciliation related to cash management flows. Oversee key operational aspects of the Cash Management Centre, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), risk controls, and compliance standards. Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Sales, and Treasury teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client service.
