Job Summary

  • The Pharmacist I works under minimal supervision to assess, prepare, dispense and assist in coordinating all day-to-day dispensing functions of the pharmacy in a timely and accurate manner.
  • They will evaluate appropriateness of dose, route and formulation, allergies, medication interactions, monitoring, etc. and have frequent communication with other healthcare professionals as a drug information resource.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • 1 year of experience as a pharmacist
  • Licensed Registered Pharmacist by the State of Arkansas or eligibility
  • Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D. (preferred)
  • 2 years of applicable pharmacy experience (preferred)
