Job Summary
The Practice Administrator provides strategic direction and operational leadership in collaboration with physician leaders of physician practices.
Develops and manages the clinic leadership team to ensure that team members are qualified to provide excellent patient care.
Works collaboratively with leaders to develop department/division initiatives and policies and procedures that focus on employee engagement, meeting financial/business performance objectives, process improvement initiatives, patient satisfaction, quality, and workplace safety.
