The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert to develop, qualify, and validate bioassay methods while managing GMP quality oversight including deviations and investigations.
The position requires strong leadership skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
BSc or MSc in Biology or related field
Strong understanding of analytical QC operations
Proven track record in people management
Knowledge of cGMP, ICH, EMA, and FDA guidelines
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
Nice-to-have
PhD in relevant biological science field
Experience with BSL-3 biosafety containment levels
Cross-functional collaboration across technical areas
Strategic planning and innovation skills

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years vaccine industry experience preferred
Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience if no vaccine background
Degree in Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or Virology
