BRSR GRI SASB TCFD sustainability standards
GHG accounting and carbon footprint analysis
Climate risk assessment and scenario analysis
ESG strategy development and implementation
Sustainability reporting and materiality assessments
Nice-to-have
Experience with Microsoft Sustainability Manager
Salesforce Net Zero Cloud proficiency
Passion for climate change mitigation
Proactive business development mindset
Sector research capabilities in ESG
Key Requirements
12 years of experience in sustainability and ESG projects
Bachelor of Technology degree combined with an MBA
Strong knowledge of BRSR, GRI, SASB, TCFD frameworks
BFSI sector experience is preferred
Certifications in ESG Investing or UNPRI are advantageous
