Job Summary

• This role will serve as the company’s internal AI champion — partnering with leaders across every function to surface opportunities for automation, eliminate inefficiency, and optimize how our teams work.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI transformation initiatives — from discovery and business case development through vendor evaluation, pilot testing, implementation, and ongoing performance measurement.
• We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
