** Cox Automotive is seeking a Lot Operations Specialist I in Lakeland, FL, responsible for overseeing daily lot operations and managing personnel in a vehicle auction environment. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in lot operations or a related field, possess a valid driver's license, and be ready to work in a drug-free environment. **

Job Summary

  • This position supervises and directs the daily activities of the lot personnel and the lot operations function for the Auction and ensures the efficient, orderly and proper check-in, staging and moving of vehicles on the lot and through the production points.
  • Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
