Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years in IP design
5+ years in Cadence/Synopsys
Proficiency in SKILL/Tcl/Python scripting
Nice-to-have
Team player with communication skills
Out-of-the-box thinking
Good analysis and problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields
5-10 years of professional experience
Solid understanding of Floorplanning and routability issues
