Job Summary

  • Support DB proposal manager to manage technical proposal including ER study, queries, compliance, deviations, technical review and technical proposal production.
  • Lead the analysis of RFPs/ER to identify key proposal deliverables, compliance criteria, potential deviations, evaluation criteria, proposal submission procedure and deadline.
  • Lead contract negotiation with the support from legal, business developer and other relevant stakeholders until the contract to be signed successfully with client and then hand over the proposal to execution team.
