Job Summary

  • Supports the Organization’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy by assisting physicians in performing a variety of interventional radiology procedures.
  • Responsible for the operation and quality control of the radiological equipment in accordance with the Organization’s policies, procedures, and training, and assists with inventory and supply management.
  • The work environment is characteristic of a health care facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels, and may expose employees to infectious and contagious diseases/materials.

Key Requirements

  • Interventional Radiology certificate preferred
  • 4 – 6 years’ related experience desirable
  • 1 year experience preferred for Candidates with ARRT
  • Working knowledge of interventional equipment
  • Experience with interventional procedures
  • Knowledge and experience of sterile techniques
  • Knowledge of universal precautions
  • Successfully complete BLS certification
  • Experience with monitoring and maintaining inventory
  • Proficient in the use of computers and related software
