  • Storage hardware and backup software SME
  • NetBackup, CommVault, & Veeam expertise
  • Quantum tape library systems
  • Monitor and track client backups
  • Troubleshoot and resolve failed backups
  • Install and upgrade system hardware/software
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

Nice-to-have

  • Agile Scrum environment experience
  • Active Directory and DNS knowledge
  • VMware vCenter, vSphere, ESXI experience
  • Scripting and programming experience
  • Fundamental networking concepts

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience or Master's degree with 5+ years
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Experience with enterprise storage systems
  • Experience with Linux Operating System
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems
