Job Summary

  • Manage essential functions including resource headcount, joiner/leaver tracking, and data maintenance for rate cards and utilization targets.
  • Plan and execute skills assessment processes, update resource assignments, and track resource bandwidth using enterprise tools and Excel.
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports on headcount, utilization, compliance, and availability, while also tracking contractor extensions and non-billable hours.

  • Graduate in Sciences, Commerce or Engineering subjects
