Job Summary
Manage essential functions including resource headcount, joiner/leaver tracking, and data maintenance for rate cards and utilization targets.
Plan and execute skills assessment processes, update resource assignments, and track resource bandwidth using enterprise tools and Excel.
Generate standard and ad-hoc reports on headcount, utilization, compliance, and availability, while also tracking contractor extensions and non-billable hours.

Advanced Excel skills mandatory
Graduate in Sciences, Commerce or Engineering subjects
