Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in life sciences or PhD
Qualified Patent Attorney or IP lawyer
12+ years post-qualification IP experience
5+ years life science in-house IP management
Experience managing IP litigation and disputes
Strategic oversight of global patent portfolio
Nice-to-have
Experience with regulatory exclusivity strategies
Background in pharmaceutical or biotech field
Proven track record in M&A due diligence
Cross-functional collaboration across R&D
Willingness to travel internationally
Key Requirements
Master's degree in life sciences (chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology) or PhD
Admitted to practice as Patent Attorney or IP lawyer in US, Europe, or Australia
At least 12 years' post-qualification experience in Intellectual Property
At least 5 years of experience with life science technologies and in-house IP teams
Experience supervising IP litigation, oppositions, and enforcement proceedings
