Job Summary
Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per OT Board and physician treatment plan.
Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans, and instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.
The essential functions of this position require significant physical abilities including standing/walking very frequently, pushing/pulling very frequently, and exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally.
