Homestead Post Acute is seeking a Remote RN Unit Manager to oversee resident care, communicate treatment protocols, and coordinate admissions and discharges. The ideal candidate should possess a nursing degree and relevant clinical experience, with a strong ability to manage care effectively in a high-volume environment

Job Summary

  • Communicate regularly with residents and their family about Plans of Care, PT, OT and other treatment protocols.
  • Oversee all admissions and discharge activities and coordinate referrals both to and from our facility.
  • Must have excellent time management skills to develop organized work processes in a high volume environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Social Work

  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medi cal and Medicaid programs
