  • Deep knowledge of Agile SDLC frameworks and processes
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision making

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Agile certifications
  • Background in organizational design or maturity transformation
  • Prior responsibility for tool governance and configuration
  • Master's degree or MBA in related discipline
  • Experience supporting technology organizations at scale

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Product Management
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, program management, or product operations
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex environments
