Job Summary

  • This role partners with business units as a member of the operating team to achieve financial objectives through timely analysis.
  • The manager will lead major local FP&A processes including flash reports, projections, budget, and strategic planning for Korea.
  • As a people manager, the incumbent is responsible for setting direction, providing feedback, and supporting the career progression of two analysts.

Must-have

  • Lead FP&A processes including budget and forecast
  • Perform margin analysis by franchise (Price/Volume/Mix)
  • Manage pricing initiatives and approval flows
  • Oversee indirect channel financial analysis and accruals
  • Lead sales rep performance reporting and scorecards
  • Manage team of analysts with coaching responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 10 years of progressive finance experience
  • Good understanding of USGAAP and/or IFRS
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel
  • Strong command of English communication skills
