Base: $29.56 - $44.46 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities; Benefits: Comprehensive package including 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision, life/disability insurance, and paid time off.

Key Requirements
Completion of Oncology administrative training within six months
Medical Terminology Certification or course completion within 180 days
One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
