Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in Retail Design, Brand Experience, or Retail Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or related field
Demonstrated creative leadership in experiential or retail design
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
