Job Summary

  • Manage end-to-end Service & Device operations, including testing, escalation handling, performance analysis, issue tracking, and partner coordination to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Perform device testing for B2C & FWA, validate new firmware/software updates, conduct SIM & eSIM testing, and troubleshoot UE specific device related network issues.
  • Maintain technical relationships with OEMs, create technical escalations, align technical network parameters, and validate new device launches and firmware roadmaps.
