Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Manhattan Active WMS or Manhattan WMOS experience
  • Lead end-to-end WMS delivery and hypercare
  • Manage Business Analysts and Techno-Functional Engineers
  • Partner with Manhattan Associates on solution design
  • Support functional/integration testing across SAP and automation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with AI/automation tools for productivity
  • Familiarity with Splunk, BigPanda, ServiceNow monitoring
  • Strong alignment with enterprise architecture teams
  • Proven ability leading offshore resources
  • Standardized delivery artifacts and reusable assets

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years in IT delivery with large transformation program experience
  • Hands-on leadership experience with deployments and transition to run
