Base: $107,500 - $204,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off

Must-have
Bachelor's in STEM or technical field
8 years relevant engineering experience
Manufacturing process experience
ISO9001 AS9100 AS9102 AS9145 standards
U.S. government security clearance eligibility
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma Lean CORE experience
ASQ Certifications
SAP PRISM ERP tool knowledge
Circuit card assembly processes
High performing team leadership
