Job Summary
Contributes to an exceptional resident experience through high standards of repairs, maintenance, and statutory compliance.
Inspects, diagnoses, and undertakes repairs to building fabric and mechanical/electrical systems, including plumbing, joinery, carpentry, and painting.
Ensures communal areas, grounds, and gardens are maintained to the highest standards of repair and cleanliness, coordinating and supervising external contractors as needed.
