Must-have
8+ years software development experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Must live in Reston area for commute
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
Experience with refactoring and reducing technical debt
Nice-to-have
Enterprise-wide code reuse and modernization initiatives
Familiarity with DevEx tools and platform engineering
Hands-on experience with SonarQube, Fortify, or Checkmarx
Cloud environment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background supporting federal or homeland security missions
