Job Summary

  • Develop and implement the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for the Kidswear and Babywear categories, including a multi-sourcing approach to ensure resilience.
  • Drive continuous improvement to achieve key performance indicators such as defect rate less than 0.5%, replenishment lead time under 14 days, in-stock rate exceeding 99%, and margin-accretive performance.

  • Thorough Knowledge of Key Material localised in the region
  • GM mindset with a supply chain background and manufacturing (lean/ JIT) experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
