Job Summary

  • This role will include helping support the Business Development of Brokers through marketing efforts, creation of pitch decks and other graphic material along with managing the transaction communication, correspondence and process from commencement to completion.
  • Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items, delivery dates/times and ‘manage up’ to completion of each project.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing/administrative support services experience within Commercial Real Estate
  • Real Estate license is required
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Real Estate
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
