Job Summary
You will play a critical role in enabling world-leading memory and storage solutions by delivering high-quality, cost-effective NAND products from early development through high-volume manufacturing.
The role requires owning the backend test flow, partnering with TSE teams to review and sign off test program releases while ensuring quality coverage and on-time execution.
You will drive product yield improvement through electrical failure analysis, root-cause identification, and test optimization to support cost reduction initiatives.
