Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5-8 years automated manufacturing experience
Proficiency in PFMEA and Control Plans
Hands-on automation and controls troubleshooting
Lean Six Sigma methodology application
Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation
Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance
Nice-to-have
High-volume life sciences production experience
Injection molding or clean room background
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
CMfgE certification preferred
Strong cross-functional vendor management skills
Experience with MES/ERP data tools
Proven track record of OEE improvements
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
5-8 years in automated/high-throughput manufacturing
Proficient in DOE, SPC, MSA, and validation protocols
Experience with CAD, Minitab, and Power BI tools
Strong technical writing for standard work and reports
