Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex capital investment projects across the Americas.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with Evonik standards, regulatory requirements, and Responsible Care principles.
Serve as a senior technical authority and strategic partner to Business Segments, enabling competitive, high-quality, and cost-effective manufacturing assets.
