You will participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing service department and assist in staff training and development.
The role requires ensuring compliance with nursing policies, procedures, safety, and infection control standards while maintaining a calm and supportive environment for residents and staff.
