Job Summary

  • The overarching purpose of the position is to ensure access to high-quality library resources and services in order to advance student success and support the research mission of the university.
  • This position will report to, and coordinate with, the Access Services Librarian to create department policies, procedures, training, and customer service goals.
  • The Manager, Library Services will supervise the daily desk and backroom operations of the Access and User Services department, including managing circulation/access functions, scheduling department staff, and oversee services during department hours.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
