Job Summary
The Electrician Apprenticeship is designed to build technical skills in the electrical and Lineman discipline and gain experience in field operations.
Apprentices will work closely with a dedicated mentor, complete two assignments across different operational areas to develop a broad understanding of how teams and functions work together to safely deliver production and minimize downtime, and will also participate in computer-based and classroom training.
This is a temporary 6‑month field-based position.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Completed an Electrician or Lineman apprenticeship program
Equivalent education or military training
Minimum GPA of 2.5 in core classes
Valid Driver's License
Ability to work day and night shift work, weekends, and holidays
Live within 50 miles of the work location
