Job Summary

  • The Electrician Apprenticeship is designed to build technical skills in the electrical and Lineman discipline and gain experience in field operations.
  • Apprentices will work closely with a dedicated mentor, complete two assignments across different operational areas to develop a broad understanding of how teams and functions work together to safely deliver production and minimize downtime, and will also participate in computer-based and classroom training.
  • This is a temporary 6‑month field-based position.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completed an Electrician or Lineman apprenticeship program
  • Equivalent education or military training
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5 in core classes
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work day and night shift work, weekends, and holidays
  • Live within 50 miles of the work location
  • Safety Sensitive Position
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to Incident and Injury Free Operations
