Key Requirements

  • PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, data science, or related discipline
  • Master's degree and 3 years relevant research experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years relevant research experience
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and R
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, cloud computing, HPC, and Git
  • Experience developing complex computational tools and visualizations
  • Experience developing and deploying computational tools and pipelines
  • Strong background in molecular and systems biology
  • Expertise in analysis and interpretation of single-cell omics data
  • Experience leveraging and fine-tuning transcriptional foundation models, LLMs, and biomedical knowledge graphs
