Job Summary
Leads and supports local and cross-functional project teams, including associated R&D project managers, motivating and supervising internal and/or external resources to achieve all established objectives.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring effective prioritization, estimation, and planning, and tracking progress against the plan.
Ensures projects follow strong execution methodologies and practices aligned with the desired development model and compliant with ABB’s internal guidelines and procedures as well as applicable external standards.
