Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician.
  • Employees must accurately prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications while verifying resident identity and observing ingestion.
  • Staff are required to report any medication errors, reactions, or grievances immediately to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing Services.
