Job Summary

  • You will have the opportunity to join a highly motivated team and play a part in the energy transition for a cleaner future.
  • As an Operations Technician you will be responsible for starting, stopping, and monitoring gas and steam turbines, heat recovery steam generators, pumps, water treatment plant and heat exchangers via a DCS control system.

  • Conduct operational routines and testing
  • Manage and supervise contractors
  • Adhere to health and safety legislation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in power plant operations
  • Experience from EC&I background
  • Flexibility, initiative, and self-motivation

Key Requirements

  • BTEC ONC Level or NVQ 3 in relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent
  • Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
