Must-have
7+ years in early learning PD or TA
5+ years supervisory or mentoring experience
Expert knowledge of HSPPS and ELOF frameworks
Experience delivering virtual and in-person training
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in early childhood education
Experience supporting AIAN or MSHS programs
Fluency in Spanish language
Demonstrated success in adult learning theory application
Ability to work effectively in remote settings
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
