The Health Care Aide provides personal care and performs selected tasks under the direction of their supervisor while adhering to regulatory and Revera's standards, policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include adhering to the plan of care, assisting residents with personal care and hygiene, observing and reporting changes in condition, and providing cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological support.

Key Requirements
Graduate of Health Care Aide program
Minimum 500 hours theory & practicum in Ontario & Alberta
Experience working with seniors
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and customer focus skills
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
Ability to perform necessary tasks including lifting/transferring clients
Must provide a complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check
