Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of best‑in‑class Workers Compensation services to large corporate employers and their intermediaries.

  • Strong understanding of NSW Workers Compensation scheme

  • Highly developed presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and develop Case Managers
  • Confident decision maker with commercial awareness
