Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, attention to details, operational discipline and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
This role interacts with cross-functional global partners to understand strategies and roadmaps, resolves issues and escalations, and uses data to connect the dots between processes, systems, and people, generate insights and recommend and/or deliver improvements that enhance HR services.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of experience in project, program, process or product management
9+ years of total experience as a Delivery Lead
9+ years of total experience in Human Resources
Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification
